I have been a long time customer of this company and since May8th 2011 I have been calling them to pick up the last remaing equipment I have of theirs. I have got nothing but attitudes from customer service and on top of that they have taken the balance ofmy account (which I am not sure I owe since they bill a month in advance)out of my bank account which I did not authorize.I finally got a hold of a supervisor which I refer to Stupidviors and was tokd Fedex Will deliver empty box so I my send the equipment back.
