Virgin Mobile sent me an e-mail to let me know That I needed to top up by a certain date. Well trying to take care of things promptly I went ahead the next day and topped up. It was 11 days early so I lost 11 days! Instead of virgin Mobile starting with the last day on my old top up card they started right on the day topped up:( When I contacted them (several times) they were not helpful and close to just plain rude.
