I called Direct TV to inquire about TV, Internet, and Phone service to my home. The first question I asked was if it was available to my home. The rep said it was without asking for my address. I insisted that he take my address and verify availability. After putting me on hold for some time, he verified the services were available to my address. I placed an order for a total bundled package. After almost and hour on the phone with him he passed me off to another person to verify my information for a rebate.
