I moved into a apartment that didn't allow drilling into the building, so I called to cancel my service and explained to them what was going on. They said that they would charge me for the cancellation fee regardless of whether it simply could not work at my new apartment or not. Horrible customer service, I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Direct TV. read full review »
