I have had Direct TV for 15-16 years now. I am elderly and my elderly husband who is handicap and in a wheelchair was taken advantage of by Direct TV.I put up with the poor signal service for years when there was a storm and all those years with out a complaint. But this year 2011the signal was the worse it's ever been and there would be no storms. In the past I put up with the "searching for satellite signal"flash across the tv screen when there is a storm 50-100 miles away!
