You can't talk to anyone for the first 30mi. on the phone. Wnen you finally get someone on the phone they transfer you all over and still no resolution. They automatically start charging you for free stuff with out contacting you like they said they would. Then you can't get it reversed. Also the $100 they advertise for referrals doesn't happen.
