Do not do business with this company! My wife and I were moving from Albuquerque to Dallas in November of 2010, we set up the move a month in advance with Chase at World Van Lines. They charged our card the deposit (20% of the expected total) and told us they'd be there on 11/20/2010 at 9 AM sharp. We called a week before the scheduled move date and they confirmed everything was set up and ready. 9AM on 11/20 came and the movers didn't show.
