I shipped an envelope to the ups store on route 1 dadeland - Miami Fl to my Student son. It arrived April 1 and my son was out of town. When he returned he went a picked it up the Store clerk charged him $80.00 to receive it. The envelope tracking shows from ups store #0837 were it should have been returned if the store didn't want to hold on to it. I know we are in a recession But be very careful of UPS. I have the tracking receipt and it does show a charge for holding an envelope at a Ups store. I want my money back for the outrageous charge. read full review »
