I work in an agency that does apartment rentals. We have had many people come into our office that have been scammed. One company name/email address that keeps coming up on MANY of these scams in EMERALD SUITES and [email protected], associated with the (I assume fake) name Sean McLaren and ask you to wire money to an account in the name of Estrada Property Management.
