I only use Symantec’s Norton security suite because Comcast, my internet provider, make you. If you don’t you get bad program conflicts. A few months ago my son downloaded a malicious antivirus program. It didn’t do any damage, but I couldn't get rid of it and it keep changing our desktop and giving us popup saying our computer was infected, etcetera. It was EXTREAMLY annoying.
