I have been paying $9.95 a month to view updated reports from each of the 3 credit reporting agency's I was allowed to update those reports once each mont. I was charged the $9.95 on May 31st, 2011 and tried to update my reports. The area that usually contains the "Update Scores" button was gone. Each time I tried to either "refresh or view" my updated reports it wanted to charge me and additional $9.95. I called and was informed that my $9.95 a month would only pay for the viewing of my report and not updates. This is not what I paid for and they are taking away the reason for monitoring. read full review »
