I have grown tired of UPS' idea of delivery service. I live in an old appartment building and the directory listing is not kept up to date. The delivery person went through the directory and decided this was the wrong address (which was confirmed more than three times). Instead of the usual voicemail of where to pick it up (as Fedex or Canada Post would do) they decided to send my package back to the Seller.
