Roboform support seems to be setup intentionally to prevent a user from being able to talk to a web technician. There hours are extremely limited preventing any person with a job(I am an MD seeing pts constantly from 8-5 with no lunch break. There is no way to get someone after hours, and when I have called over the last 2 days I get ananswering machine which takes a message, disconnects me and then seemingly erases my message .
