I bought a dishwasher with extended warranty to ensure that a problem would be fixed if one occurred. Needless to say that after 4 months, I needed it. We called to get a repair and it took 2 weeks to get a tech to the house. The dishwasher needed to be fixed and drained. The tech that came out didn't even drain the water which left a awful smell. He said he couldn't fix it and needed to order parts. Ok, no problem.
