I ordered a trial offer of bellabright teeth whitner, upon receiving the product and trying it I was not satisfied with the results and called the 1-866-242-7492 customer service number where an automated system, not even a customer service rep, advised me that my account was successfully cancled. Epecting that I had followed the so called "terms" and that I would not be charged for the product, I failed to notice that I was infact being charged for a product I canceled, $84.36 over a period of 4 MONTHS!!!
