I had my girlfriend take my Xterra to Tire Kingdom for their anniversary special of oil change and tire rotation for $9.99. After being there for 2 hours with an appointment, she was told that the tech was having issues getting the kickplate off and that's why she was waiting so long. When I got home and looked over the reciept, it said that the oil was changed and the tires were rotated. I went outside and looked and realized that tires weren't even touched.
