I paid ProLawn Plus for lawn weed and pest control services. In Spring 2010, I reported a small brown patch. Over the next few months, they repeatedly told me not to do anything to the yard b/c it would interfere with their treatments, that they had fixed the problem (repeatedly), and that it would return. Eventually, the entire yard (65 feet wide) turned brown and they said it was dead and needed to be replaced (cost $4, 000 for St. Aug. grass).
