I made the mistake of paying one month ahead for my education loans. I have requested a printout of my payments that I Ihave made in the past year. I was promised three weeks ago that they would do so. I now have received a notice that I am 21 days late on my last months payment. when I called again, they told me this is against the CEO's policy and I cannot obtain a printout.
