Respected Sir/Madam, I am a subscriber of BSNL Broadband connection on telephone no: 01632 222722. I want to bring to your notice the carelessness of all officials concerning Broadband connectivity. The connection works like an employee of a Gov service i.e at its own sweet will. Moreover what I have noticed is that is very strange is it will get disconnected around 5 pm in the evening and again get connected around 10 am in the morning and on Saturdays and Sundays it is again at its own whim.
