A relaxing time turned out to be a nightmare. The couples massage in a room not fit for the two technicians. Moving the massage table three times with the customer lying face down. Asking the customer to remove clothing and place it on a chair. No showers or dressing gown available for the customers. One technician was coughing during the entire event. To top things off, they wanted to charge us for services not rendered. The situation was clarified after the technician admitted to the proper services rendered.
