So it turns out Bank of America charges 45USD for a Intl. transfer. This I knew. Then BofA secretly charges BCR (Banco Costa Rica) a "Transfer Initiated Fee", (25USD) in this case, and BCR has the option of paying that themselves or deducting it from my transfer. It was deducted from my transfer. Bof A is clearly in the wrong here, because the client (me) is only aware of this fraud, after the funds have been stolen. read full review »
