We had Dish Network services for well over 4 years. Our contract had expired and we decided to switch to DirecTV since their prices were better. Over 3 months ago, the DirecTV dish was installed and we called that same day to cancel service with Dish Network. The Dish Network representative said we would have to send the equipment back and confirmed that there would be no charges for shipping.
