D-link RMA/tech support
Simply put, D-link tech support expected a customer to spend over six hours adjusting the settings on a defective and within warranty broadband wireless router that retails for less than $75 in an attempt to avoid granting an RMA to replace the defective product. The failed condition of the router was verified by an independent technology professional.
