Anyone know the phone number of a vice president at AHSMI? A few years ago, I had trouble getting my loan modification to go through. I finally went online and found a number to a vice president's office. I called, left a message and the very next day, her assistant called me and I had the modification papers in my hand within two weeks. Currently I have a friend who has been trying unsuccessfully to get a loan modification for NINE months. Calling home retention doesn't help, all they want to know is where is the money?
