I called ERSolutions, Inc. & explained that the bill from Verizon they are seeking payment for was in my ex-husbands name. I simply asked them to change the name on the account to mine as my ex-husband has not lived at my address in 4 years and his mail was going to be forwarded.. They told me they could not change the name on the account but if I had my ex-husband call them, they would get permission to speak to me/. Really !
