Back in January 2011, I ordered about $130 worth of items from Newport News and I didn't like any of them, so I returned them the same week using the enclosed return label. I had ordered them on my Newport News credit card. Well, months go by, and still no credit shows up for the return. So each month I make the minimum payment because I don't want to end up with a big credit on my account when they FINALLY process the return.
