Whirlpool Cabrio washer is under warranty (7 months old). Stopped spinning, contacted Whirlpool who referred us to A & E Factory Service. They've been out twice in 8 days for the same problem w/out fixing it. Third appointment, which was confirmed and scheduled for between 1-5, they called at 1:50 ...said they didn't show an appt scheduled and wanted to know if I had the part, which I had already confirmed w/them the day before.
