I purchased a disk from them. The disk arrived DOA. I requested a return, sent it back (at a cost 40% of the original cost) and they sent me another drive. This one also came DOA and was refurbished. I do NOT buy refurbished disks. Their policy is to play the send-a-bad-disk game until the customer is overwhelmed by the return shipping requirements and cost buildup. I am a return customer who has spent nearly $1000 with them. No more. Their "customer service" rep Kim is one nasty person to deal with. read full review »
