Dairy Queen has the worst record for handling customer complaints. I have called the corporate office of Dairy Queen on Feb. 23, 2009. I have informed them of my disatisfaction with the food, the customer service received from the manager, and his appearance. My dissatisfaction with the food included under-done shrimp from the shrimp basket meal. A member of my family wanted ther money back.
