Had the HUGE dish installed for HughesNet in a rural area. Picked the top service available for residential. Not only was the service very slow, less than .5 megs it could not be networked properly with my household network. On top of that the installer neglected to give me a copy of the contract he had me sign and the HughesNet support would not contact the subcontracted installer or get me a copy. The Manager actually hung up on me, go figure. Think twice, if you only have dial up it will be just as fast and far more secure and constant. read full review »
