Today June 21, 2011 I received the fourth repair visit for my new Maytag dishwasher. My husband talked me into the next model up because it was "better".Our first Maytag was recalled due to faulty wire-ring .First call for repair was because dirty dishes in, dirty dishes out . We were told we were using the wrong soap. We changed soap, it didn't help.Second call we were told bad water tower a part was ordered.
