___________I have a loan out with this company and have been trying to get in touch with management about paying off my loan. All I get is the run around from a cutomer service call center based in the Philippines! They the cutomer service reps. say they are Physically located in Waterloo Iowa and will not give me a name or direct number to a manager here in the U.S. that I can talk to about my Loan!
