i had Verizon for a few years, i started to noticed that i had weird charges on my account. i went to the store to figure out why i was getting charged and the manager couldnt explain to me either why i had those weird charges. After many many many months of fighting, arguing and being overall frustrated, i decided to cancel the service, and yes of course, they charged me the penalty fee.
