We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. While we do give customers 30 days to return merchandise from the day it was shipped, we can allow returns outside of our 30 day return window. Returns created outside this 30 day return window will be issued as store credit only. If a customer receives an item damaged and they include a return shipping receipt with the return, we can refund US customers up to $10 and international customers up to $20 for return shipping.
