Software downloads on Dell's sebsite. I tried to purchase a download of Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 from Dell's website. The sales page clearly states, "Usually Ships: via email link within 30 minutes". NOT downloadable "via email link within 30 minutes". After several hours I finally got a "We received your order" confirmation via E-mail. After nearly 24 HOURS, Dell hasn't even charged my credit card yet.
