Since the Installation of my "SMART METER" in January, My utility bill has went through the roof. Sometimes double, sometimes triple. This month was 5 times more than last year. The only thing different between this year & last is we have ALL ENERGY EFFICIENT BULBs now & we Installed a ENERGY EFFICIENT NEW ROOF. Both things should cause the electric to go down...It was 5 times more than last year after the roof & bulbs were installed. We keep the house closed up and the shades drawn.
