I am writing this because I had service thru them and also my home burnt down feb 2011. I sent back the equipment via federal express and they keep drafting my acct and I finally closed the acct from them they than sent my name over to a credit agency. Now that dings my credit. I tried calling them several times to just get a person on and they will get back to me i waited 4 times for over 40 mins. Finally had to hang up. Very upset about the whole situation.
