I cancelled my Direct TV service as I was moving to a new home. I was simply told that I had to return my cable boxes and they would send out a person to retrieve them. I had also asked that they remove the satelite dish from my old home and was told that they are not responsible for it and that if I wanted it removed I would have to do it myself.
