BN online fulfillment and customer service divisions are terrible. I ordered an item to a 35 story skyscraper in Manhattan, emailed to verify the package was on its way and was told their courier could not find the building! Then, once I confirmed that I had given them the right address, BN customer support decided to tell me that they had canceled my order and I could order another item if I wanted to. When I called customer service I had to wait for ONE HOUR to speak to someone who had to put me on hold. Last time I shop at BN.com! read full review »
