Bank of America has taken our Insurance check for damages in the April & May 2011 storms & applied it to our loan payment so one story goes. Another person with BoA says it's in an escrow account, while yet another person says they don't have a clue what I am talking about. The check is $6356. 23 and it is for severe water damage inside the house as well as replacing the roof.
