Going into my third year with a Magic Jack and have to said it's provided trouble free service but, yesterday I saw a charge on my cc from them for a vanity number which I do not have. Called them and they said they would credit me for the amount but I could not get an answer out of the support person as to how I got charged for a vanity number when I don't and never have had one. The Magic Jack works great like I said and I use it alot on both a Mac and a PC and sometimes with a laptop. OSX/Windows XP and Windows 7. read full review »
