The Sprint company has know love for their customers. You are just a $ sign for them. I was a loyal customer for three years when my minor daughter went into a store and was given a $500 phone and signed a new contract for two more years. Though I was a premier customer they refused to give me any help at all. I even agreed to pay for the phone but was still forced to pay the early termination fee when I said I would close my account without their help. They chose to lose a loyal customer then to wave an unenforceable contract !!! read full review »
