Service
The Sprint company has know love for their customers. You are just a $ sign for them. I was a loyal customer for three years when my minor daughter went into a store and was given a $500 phone and signed a new contract for two more years. Though I was a premier customer they refused to give me any help at all. I even agreed to pay for the phone but was still forced to pay the early termination fee when I said I would close my account without their help. They chose to lose a loyal customer then to wave an unenforceable contract !!!

Nonexistant Customer Service
I was once a Cell customer for SPrint . After having the cell service years before they were called 'S' I was a very loyal, satisfied user of their services. A few years after becoming S the problems started, whenever I had to talk to a human being they really made it very clear that I was not a valued client.
After paying off two final bills that they and their paperwork told me I did not owe I changed for the last time to Verizon and then to Boost Mobile. I eventually cancelled Verizon when Boost came out with no contract, no extras... A year after leaving 'S' for the last time I find out with no!!! notice that I have a collection account on my credit report for $ 50.00 As I was buying a new car it knocked my credit from 760 down to 690. Wowwwwwww!!!
I called 'S' and talked to a Escalation Mgr who agreed to close out my acct. as satisfactory ... for $ 5.00 Wowwwwwwwwww!!! Such a deal.
My advice, "is anyone but SPRINT...They will screw U">

Over bill / customer service
I had totally unlimited everything plan for 99.00 but have paid well over 100.00 every month over a year . My bank statements show that I have made payments every month. Sprint says that I am behind but cannot prove it . I asked for proof in the mail but what I got was my last months statement which I already have and $15.00 x 3 added for reprint . Why did I get charged 45.00 for something that I did not ask for and why was I not informed of being charged for a few sheets of paper that dont give the slightest idea of where I got behind. I call them back and explain all over again just to be put on hold for a long time only to be answered by someone else who needs to know why I called so I explain again. I get no where with this representative either so I asked for a supervisor who cannot prove to me why my bill was so high or behind either . I call back again being put on hold for 15 minutes so I called back only to be on hold for another long period so I hung up. I am thinking of contacting the FCC.

Bad customer service
My husband and I had been customers of Nextel and then switched to Sprint after they merged. This has been one of the most irratating and degrading companies I have ever delt with. First of all, our bill has NEVER been correct! I have spent countless hours on the phone with numerous representitives to get the issues resolved and only to find that noone corrected the issues. Most recently I paid our bill via the automated service like I do most months. I thought I had charged my credit card for the payment and later found that de to a computer glitch the payment came out of both our bank account AND off of my card. I called them to find out how to resolve the issue and was told by a supervisor to go to my bank and stop the payment ou of the checking account. She was on the phone with me the entire time I was doing this and she spoke to my branch manager via my cell phone. I thought everything was fine from there. A few days later I was surprised that my phone had been shut off. I called them and was able to get the phones (all 7 of them plus 2 wireless internet cards) back on but only till 5 pm unless I wired them 1700. This was the day before Thanksgiving. I work in retail management and had to work all day. Both my husband and I were called low lifes and dead beats by a supervisor of theirs. We will not be turning the service back on and are in the process of switching all services to another company. We own a transportation company so our cell phones are our lifelines. After they get this bill corrected I will pay them...this months bill.
