This is my 4th attempt at getting a mortgage modification from B of A. First they screw and said I did not qualify because I was not behind in mortgage payments. I got behind and the threatened to foreclose and reported me to the credit bureau destroying my not that good credit rating. I no longer have a 401K because I used the money to get my mortgage current. I have gone through an home assistance program but B of A rejected them and said I had to go through them, Bank of America. I sent Bank of America all they asked for TWICE.
