Cox has the WORST cable service I have ever had. My husband and I have been customers for two years and we've gone through five cable boxes from them, each with it's own set of problems. Now, we have to get a new one because the one we currently have has begun scrambling the channels. Everytime we get a new box from them, we basically have to decide if the current boxes problems are grievous enough to call them about.
