We changed from Dish to Direct TV November 30, 2010 because we had a package deal with AT&T and their personnel kept telling us we could get a big discount if we change to Direct TV which was a joke. When Direct installed their equipment one of the cables was bad and we started having audio problems. Everytime we called and reported our problems they would say it must be out TV.
