I will add this one to just one more of my complaints to them, (direct tv). I was promised over 8 months ago, for a free upgrade to the HD package, 4 free upgrades with two DVRs. I did receive two upgrades with one DVR, and then they never came back to do the other two. They tried to pull the wool over my eyes with the other two, saying I never made such an order. BS... This is just another example of how they do buisness. I still to this date have not received my other two upgrades, one other DVR HD and a regular upgraded HD. Telling me once... read full review »

I'm getting really tired of directv. When I call them to speak to someone, I mostly get someone from the call center in the phillephines. I can't even get someone that speaks english very well. I've had to call several times just to get someone that can actaully speak english and lives in the United States, then when I do get someone there, they are rude.
