I called AT&T Uverse tonight, and I waited on hold for quite some time, which is ridiculous in the first place. I spoke to a very, very rude customer service representative named Farah (6/30/11 @9:30pm). She asked me some questions to validate my account, and although I answered the question right, she would not let me order HBO because it was my 3rd answer.
