Due to my work hours and work location being over an hour from my home, I requested UPS not deliver a package before 5pm. The option was given to me at the time of my online purchase. I checked the block and added the note to the delivery instructions and awaited delivery. After serveral days of waiting and then coming home to find a failed delivery attempt notice stuck to my door (attempted delivery twice before 5 pm) I decided to call and complain.
