He was told the cooling would stop for a couple of days, then start up, and then stop again, etc. He did some superficial cleaning, said he thought it was OK, but told my wife to call for a new appointment if it still had a problem. That night it was back to room temperature. Next morning I called Sears, explained everything, and I was told it would be two weeks before another serviceman could show up.
